Planning Director Mary Samaniego stated that re-writing the zoning code was one of the most important things the Planning Commission would ever do; adding that members consider not necessarily their personal preferences or preferences for individual properties but understanding that the zoning ordinance would affect all the residents of Belle Meade.<\/p>\n
